The Sr. Business Process Consultant(AI) is the functional and process expert, consulting with customers and guiding them in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements of ServiceNow Generative AI products. Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. Lead customers in their efforts to take advantage of the ServiceNow AI Solution’s standard capabilities in their efforts to improve their business processes.

  • Define the long-term product strategy and portfolio vision for Customer Excellence, with a focus on innovation and customer value.
  • Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap across Expert Services, Impact, Accelerators, and digital/AI-led offerings.
  • Build and develop a world-class product organization, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.

  • Own the vision for our complete money transfer system, understanding both our software and the manual workflows where our team coordinates.
  • Partner with Operations and Engineering to understand how transfers work today and identify where tools and automation can make the biggest impact.
  • Support discovery, planning, and delivery of improvements across the Transfers Platform.
